Why You Should Attend

Live Online Course: Managing ESG Risks in Financial Institutions

To ensure we meet your expectations and maximise your return on training investment, we favour a classroom/workshop style set

Governments, intergovernmental organizations like the United Nations, and other organizations like Fridays for Future demand actions from corporations, institutions and consumers to prevent climate change. Climate issues, sustainability, including social issues, make the headlines almost daily all around the world.

Policy change and subsequent regulations, as well as arising risks have significant consequences on anybody, including the financial services industry. Banks, insurance companies and other non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) need to ensure that these emerging risks are managed adequately and that environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria are integrated into any organization’s management framework, business profile and strategy. Environmental criteria consider how a company performs as a steward of nature. Social criteria examinehow it manages relationships with employees, suppliers, customers, and the communities where it operates.
