FP&A for Today & Tomorrow
As organizations around the globe continue to adjust to economic uncertainties, the need for experienced FP&A professionals in the corporate environment has steadily increased over the past several years. As a result, many firms are seeking the most qualified individuals to analyze trends and manage the financial future of their organization. The technology that financial planners have cried out for over the past decade is finally becoming a reality, and as such professionals need to acquaint themselves with the possibilities that have now arisen for them. Along with this, however, will come a renewed focus on data, both the quality and organization of this and the connectivity of it across the business. This should better enable firms to make financial plans in the immediate term, rather than having to wait extended periods of time to be able to draw actionable conclusions from data. This course will cover not only the latest technology, but also how it should fit into a successful FP&A function.
- Identify specific opportunities to increase the strategic value offered by the FP&A function at your company
- Learn how to manage FP&A projects and align people, process and right-size the technology to deliver the FP&A services
- Learn how to build and refine models, effective analysis of data and aptly use them in the planning process
- Learn how to leverage Business Intelligence (BI), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Excel, and ERP systems to deliver a best in class FP&A function at your company
- Learn current state of the FP&A profession
- Learn where the discipline may be headed
