Why You Should Attend

Live Online Training Course: Risk Management in Non-Financial Companies (NFC’s)

To ensure we meet your expectations and maximise your return on training investment, we favour a classroom/workshop style set

The benefits of attending our training courses are well known. Apart from the practical knowledge gained from the trainer there is also the opportunity to benchmark your business processes against industry best practices, along with gaining valuable insights from the other participants. Sometimes however there are exceptional circumstances that make it impossible- or at the very least extremely difficult- to travel to courses and be there in person.

This live online training course has been created in order to enable executives from organizations across all industry sectors to experience the benefits of a live course from their office or home.

The Coronavirus crisis has had a devastating impact on businesses around the world and this course prepares managers and business professionals in non-financial companies with the critical building blocks of enterprise risk management. You will learn how to identify, evaluate and prioritize risks and how to align risk with strategy and performance within the organization. You will understand the main functions of a risk manager so that you can incorporate those functions into your current or future role. You are given an overview of the wide risk spectrum in our complex business landscape, and tools to assist you with some of the more challenging aspects of risk management such as risk assessment, risk measurement, risk control, and risk mitigation. Applying best practice risk management tools will enable you to add value to the organization. These timeless elements of risk management will provide you the fundamentals with a 21st century point of view, and the huge challenges facing businesses today mean that these fundamentals have never been more important than they are now.

The course material and individual log-in credentials will be sent to attendees by email prior to commencement and the trainer will also be providing case studies to reinforce and maximise the learning outcomes and objectives. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with the other participants using our customised e-learning delivery platform.
