About your expert trainer:

With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Letitia is an independent consultant to clients including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, HSBC and BlackRock. Assignments have included technology solutions through in-house development and procurement of FinTech and RegTech vendor technology. She devises and executes corporate innovation and digital transformation programs for financial institutions.

Letitia is currently serving as an independent expert to the European Commission providing monitoring, evaluation and policy advice on innovation and economic development. She has been listed on the Innovate Finance 'Women in Fintech 2017 Powerlist,’ and on LATTICE80 ‘Top 200 FinTech leaders in Europe.' Letitia is an advocate for institutional adoption and engagement of FinTech, RegTech, emergent and disruptive innovation.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Letitia spent her career in equity research, credit risk and regulatory compliance in institutions such as JP Morgan, Bank of America and Barclays. Letitia holds a MSc Finance at the London School of Economics.
