Why You Should Attend

Gas Storage Modelling in the Energy Market

To ensure we meet your expectations and maximise your return on training investment, we favour a classroom/workshop style set up for the delivery of our courses. Please note we have therefore limited number of spaces available and these will be assigned on a first come, first accepted basis. We recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

Leverage the value of gas storage from a buyer and seller perspective

How will you benefit?

In the recent years, as market became increasingly deregulated, storage became a separately charged service that is no longer simply used to regulate demand and supply. This presents both an opportunity and a challenge for traders of energy, as they can either react to the changing prices of storage and monetize its value or risk losing their competitive edge. This course provides guidance in the form of sophisticated methods to account for value of storage in day-to-day pricing models. It will give participants a run-through of the current methodology options together with sound advice on how to apply these to best match the business conditions of today’s market.
